Toutes les informations relatives \u00e0 la mission et \u00e0 l&rsquo;agent lui sont communiqu\u00e9es afin qu&rsquo;il puisse prendre les dispositions pour palier au retard ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de cet intervenant.<\/p>\n<h3>Gestion des Astreintes.<\/h3>\n<p>En cas de contraintes op\u00e9rationnelles importantes, le service peut \u00eatre configur\u00e9 afin que les notifications vers le personnel de supervision soient prises en charge par notre service Dialoca Astreinte.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier permet de d\u00e9finir des planning permettant de d\u00e9terminer la personne d&rsquo;astreinte au moment de l&rsquo;anomalie. Le service g\u00e8re la non r\u00e9ponse, l&rsquo;occupation ainsi qu&rsquo;une messagerie.
